Smead Software recently conducted a live webinar focused on the digital and paper records management needs of government agencies.

This webinar was co-hosted with the industry group, The Center for Digital Government (CDG) and with Government Technology Magazine. During the webinar, Smead Software's Product Manager, Neil Simons, focused on the differences between ECM and Records Management solutions and ways to track the paper you can not destroy. Richard Varn, CDG Senior Fellow, focused his presentation on the importance of improving and changing processes as well as the need to reduce paper where possible within government agencies.
